January 6 Meeting

WOW! The word is spreading and the season has begun as evidenced by the huge increase in attendance at this week's meeting. We have new members of all skill levels. Some folks are "newbies" to the world of computers and others are much more experienced. One thing we all have in common is that we realize there is ALWAYS something new to learn when it comes to the cyber world of computer technology.

This week we touched on a wide variety of topics:

• What is a blog and how does it work?
• How do we "Skype" with friends and family members?
• What is the new web browser called Google Chrome?

• More information about Skype
• Club member favorite websites

Come join us! Make new friends. Learn new skills. Make that computer work for you. Come to the first meeting for free to check it out. Dues for the whole season are $10.
