The computer club sponsored a slide show contest. Viewing and voting took place at the regular weekly meeting on March 6. The entries were all wonderful - and so varied! The assigned topic was simply to create a slideshow about some aspect of life at Palm Creek. Entries used a variety of photo editing software, and then Powerpoint or
Photo Story 3 to put the shows together.
One show told the story of the Remote Controlled Flyers club, aka the OFFA for Old Farts Flying Ass'n!
Other entries included the story of how they keep the grass green on the golf course, the Palm Creek players performing Death by Chocolate, and some highly unusual photos caught around the park.
